This unique setting bodes well for horse lovers.
Prescott has recently announced its intention to annex this area for a new Yavapai Regional Medical Center north campus. Although we have no opinion on the matter politically, this could bode well for residents in Chino Valley and Williamson Valley who, up until now, have only relied on the tiny Chino Valley Medical Clinic as their sole source of nearby practitioners. Albeit, Equestrian Estates residents are only 6.5 miles from the main hospital in Prescott.
