The drive is amazing and has some spectacular views to the forests south and west of Prescott. The drive is easily passable with normal cars and trucks, however, during monsoon season or winter it is not advisable. Error on the side of safety, more than one car has careened over the cliffs throughout the years due to carelessness. On the positive side of things, drive out at night and park at the overlook to enjoy spectacular stellar landscapes above with some locals...always a favorite pastime of Prescottonians.
