On a personal note, we can vouch for Victorian Estate's appeal. Developed in 1993 as a modular only community (see articles 1, 2, 3), the developers fought the good fight and won the rezoning battle allowing for site-built homes during 1995 (see articles 1, 2). Now the community hosts both styles of homes, and although we're not sure of the ratio, we're looking into it. Be sure to ask these pertinent questions (site-built vs modular) should it be of interest. We've been in most of the models during the initial development and watched the community grow to the over 170 homes it is today. It certainly is a first rate community.

Victorian Estates is a fabulous choice for home buyers who are looking for an adult community with exclusivity. Victorian Estates boasts community parks with gazebos and a clubhouse equipped with athletic equipment, treadmills, pool, jacuzzis, saunas, and an indoor fireplace and kitchen. The community is gated. Other sites claim authority on Victorian Estates, however the information is outdated by years. Are there single family homes for sale near Victorian Estates? Victorian Estates only has single family residents. The early homes (pre-mid-1995) are modular in build-style, meaning 70% pre-fabricated and brought to the lot. However, different from mobile homes, these houses meet all the standards of stick-built homes and are placed directly on concrete foundations. Since mid-1995, site-built homes were also permitted, thus allowing for the community to grow organically to meet the needs of the residents and a changing market. The homes are quaint, cute, and meet rigorous standards set by the HOA's architectural committee. Honestly, the community is a hidden gem.

Are condos & townhomes available for people looking for a 2nd home? There are no condominiums available in the community.

Is Victorian Estates a gated community? Yes, Victorian Estate is gated.

Do Victorian Estates residents have access to shopping? Residents of Victorian Estates have great access to shopping and entertainment. The community is located just a short drive, or even walk to Sprouts and The Crossroads shopping district. From the back of the subdivision, Sprouts is a direct, 800-ft walk. Unfortunately, the town of Prescott Valley has not installed sidewalks from Victorian Estates to The Crossroads, which would make walking to the district much easier. Although Victorian Estates sits below the highway, directly across the street is Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Subway, tire shops, and furniture stores. On the same side of the street at the intersection is Sprouts, Dicks Sporting Goods, T-J Max, Cal-Ranch, Ross, Ulta, Cracker Barrel, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, and Dutch Bros Coffee. A short trip will have residents at Costco, Gateway Mall, Wal-Mart, Olive Garden, or heading down Bullwhacker Hill toward Prescott.

How far away from downtown Prescott is Victorian Estates? Victorian Estates is located about 10 miles from downtown Prescott along Highway 69.

Is there a golf course with 18 holes near Victorian Estates? The nearest golf course to Victorian Estates would be either Stoneridge or Quailwood Greens in Dewey. Quailwood Greens is a public golf course with reasonable memberships and green fees. Stoneridge also offers memberships for a bit more.
