Mingus West is a fabulous choice for home buyers and builders. Mingus West, Coyote Springs, Coyote Crest, and Antelope Meadows are quickly becoming hotspots in north Prescott Valley. Historically an obscure neighborhood in Prescott Valley, Poquito Valley and Coyote Springs were considered by many "too rural". That paradigm is now history. New construction is evident all over the area north side of Highway 89A. Phone calls pour in each and every day regarding this unique and amazing region! Land...they're not making any more, and north Prescott Valley is the place to own a piece of the old west!

The mountain range is large with hidden slot canyons, miles of trails, camping, hidden springs, and even a waterfall!

A short trip over the mountain will land residents in Jerome, Arizona's most famous ghost town. Today, Jerome is a cute little art district on the side of a cliff overlooking the Verde Valley. Historically a mining community rivalling some of the larger cities, Jerome today is a bustling tourist attraction with some of the finest restaurants and shopping within 100 miles. Many of the buildings are still vacant and ghostly, while others have been refurbished into delightful bed-n-breakfast spots or antique shops. Other sites claim authority on Mingus West, however the information is outdated by years.
